Sunday 16th September 2012 My dad s aunt Nin, uncle Joe F, Aunty Teresa, Cousin David, his girl friend Julia, my Mum, my Dad, my brother Alex and I I all went to a beach behind the Saint Paul s islands. Saint Paul was shipwrecked right here 2000 years ago! The story of his shipwreck is in the bible. We played ball in the water. I was throwing and catching from land in to the water. Then I found natural sun-screen. It was white clay. clay. I rubbed it all over my legs. Dad caught a jellyfish and we put it in one of the puddles and watched it move All our Family and friends came to my dad s friend Mark D s place for tea and cake. Later, I had a game of table tennis there. there Alex and I had also had a game of hide and seek.

Monday 17th September 2012 We went to the dentist again. I wasn t scared but Alex was worried because he thought he d faint again!!! He didn t faint this time. Then we had a farewell lunch at my dad s auntie Teresa s house to say Goodbye to my dad s Cousin David who was going back to Brussels. David made up a silly nickname for Alex and I it is choppy-cheese. I liked the nickname but Alex gets annoyed when I call him that it s funny! We went swimming in the Sliema rock pools (at Qui Si Sana) after lunch, and then we walked to the diving shop and saw an old diving suit it looked extremely heavy. Later, we had dinner with my Grandparents friends. One of the friends (Chris) owns the holiday house in Gozo where we will be going tomorrow.

Tuesday 18th September 2012 Off to the island of Gozo! We caught the Gozo Channel Line ferry. As soon as we got to the house we were staying, I put my bathers on and jumped into the pool at the house. After an hour swim, we went to a small pebble beach at the end of the valley of Ghasri. My dad snorkelled out to one of his favourite spots which is a cave where you dive down and surface inside the cave! It s called Cathedral Cave because on the inside it s huge like a church cathedral. When I m older, I might go into it.

Wednesday 19th September 2012 My mum s friend Cora came over (so did my dad s aunties Nin and Teresa, and my dad s uncle Joe D). We all went to a sandy beach. My dad, Cora and I swam out to a giant buoy that said 10 knots. Cora was looking out for jellyfish on the way. My dad went snorkelling and brought back pieces from an old anchor. We went back home and I saw a person cleaning the pool. It was interesting!

Thursday 20th September 2012 We went to a beach and my dad and I jumped off a 4 metre high platform into the sea 50 times (estimation). My dad s friend Mark D joined us and he jumped off the platform too. Soon, everyone at the beach also came to jump off the high platform. Later, we all went out for dinner. I had pizza but my grandparents, my dad and Mark D all had rabbit. Rabbit is a popular Maltese dish!

Friday 21st September 2012 My dad s uncle Mario, Auntie Marian, and Cousin Sara came to Gozo. Mario and Marian went SCUBA diving at Dwejra. We put on our snorkelling gear & watched them go deeper and deeper until we couldn t see them anymore. Mario took underwater photos of us. Then we met the rest of the family who were swimming at the In-Land Sea which is close by. My dad, Sara and I went for a snorkel through a crack in the cliff that leads out of the In-Land Sea. We soon reached the giant Dwejra Window and snorkelled right through it! We also saw loads of fish. When he finished SCUBA diving Mario told me a cool true story about him rescuing two Dolphins that got trapped in the In-Land Sea back in 1984.

Saturday 22nd September 2012 My dad s uncle Joey, Auntie Mary-Anne and Cousin Katya arrived in Gozo to spend the weekend with us. We went swimming and my dad caught another octopus! Uncle Joey lost almost all of the octopus ink which we wanted to use FOR OUR DINNER!!!! My dad and I snorkled to a rock that broke off Gozo. I jumped off it. We estimated that it was 5 metres high!!! Later, we went to a concert. At first I was bored and tired from the folk dancing, but then a Rock n Roll singer called Freddy Portelli came on stage and I danced the night away!
