Welcome Message Dear Colleagues, On behalf of the EAVMA 2018 Conference board, I am honored and delighted to welcome you to The 8th Egyptian Audio-Vestibular Medicine Association Conference, at Hilton Alexandria King s Ranch Hotel, Borg Al-Arab, Alexandria, Egypt. I believe we have chosen a venue that guarantees a successful scientific conference and a fruitful social gathering. This year we have more than 50 national speakers, 6 guest speakers, 20 chairmen and 14 exhibitors. Our Scientific program is rich and varied with 2 keynote speeches, 14 instructional courses, 5 free paper sessions, 1 poster interactive session, and 2 panel discussions. Besides, there are 4 workshops and social events co-located. We also expect to provide live demonstrations, and numerous opportunities for informal networking. As a conference president of EAVMA 2018, I know that the success of the conference depends ultimately on the many people who have worked with us in planning and organizing both the scientific program and supporting social arrangements. In particular, we thank the EAVMA Council Board for their wise advice and continuous support; the Scientific Committee for their thorough and timely reviewing of the program, the organizing company and our sponsors who have helped us to make this event a successful one. Recognition should go to the Organizing Committee members who have all worked extremely hard for the details of important aspects of the conference programs and social activities. Finally, I wish you all a pleasant stay and a fruitful scientific meeting. Conference President Hesham Kozou Prof. Hesham Kozou 2
