SECTION 1: PRODUCT AND COMPANY IDENTIFICATION Product Number: NAPA PS4335, NT-201 / NT-218 Chemical Name and Synonyms: No-Toil Biodegradable Foam Filter Oil Chemical Family: Mixture Product Use: Filter Cleaner MSDS Date of Preparation: May 2, 2012 Company Identification Supplier NAPA Filters PO Box 1967 Gastonia, NC 28053 Telephone Numbers Product Information: (704) 869-3700 x2769 Emergency Phone: (800) 424-9300 Chemtrec SECTION 2: HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION Physical Appearance: Red liquid with a slight alcohol odor. EMERGENCY OVERVIEW Hazards Identification: Flammable liquid and vapor. Causes eye irritation. May cause slight skin irritation. Repeated or prolonged skin contact may cause dryness and cracking with possible dermatitis. Inhalation of vapors or mists may cause irritation of the nose, throat and upper respiratory tract and nervous system symptoms such as drowsiness or dizziness. Inhalation of high concentrations may cause confusion, headache, nausea, low blood pressure, and coma. SECTION 3: COMPOSITION/INFORMATION ON INGREDIENTS Chemical Name CAS Number Amount Isopropanol 67-83-0 24% C-18 Unsaturated Fatty Acid Dimers 61788-89-4 70% SECTION 4: FIRST AID MEASURES Eye Contact: Flush eyes thoroughly with running water for 15 minutes while holding the eyelids open. If symptoms occur and persist, seek medical attention. Skin Contact: Wash thoroughly with soap and water. Seek medical attention if irritation develops. Launder clothing before reuse. Inhaled: If mists are inhaled, remove to fresh air. Seek immediate medical attention. Swallowed: If swallowed, do not induce vomiting unless directed to do so by a medical professional. Rinse mouth with water if the person is alert. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious or drowsy person. Seek immediate medical attention. Page 1 of 5 P/N: 24335

SECTION 5: FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES Fire and Explosion Hazards: Flammable liquid and vapor. Vapors are heavier than air and will flow along surfaces to remote ignition sources and flash back. Flammable vapors may collect in low areas. Extinguishing Media: Use water spray or fog, carbon dioxide (CO2), dry chemical, or foam. Do not use straight water stream as that may spread the fire. Special Fire Fighting Procedures: Firefighters should wear positive pressure self-contained breathing apparatus and full protective clothing. Cool fire exposed containers and structures with water. Hazardous Combustion Products: Carbon oxides. SECTION 6: ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES Eliminate ignition sources and ventilate the area. Use appropriate protective clothing and equipment during clean-up. Absorb small spills with an inert (non-combustible) absorbent and place in a container for disposal. Contain large spills with sand or earth or other absorbent. Pump liquid into holding tanks. Collect residue with an inert absorbent as described above for small spills. Prevent release to the environment. SECTION 7: HANDLING AND STORAGE Avoid generating and breathing mists and avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing. Use with adequate ventilation. Wash thoroughly after handling. Remove and launder contaminated clothing before reuse. Keep product away from heat and all sources of ignition. Empty containers retain residues and may be hazardous. Do not flame cut, weld, braze, grind etc. on or near empty containers. They may explode and cause injury or death. Storage: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from oxidizers. SECTION 8: EXPOSURE CONTROLS/PERSONAL PROTECTION Chemical Name Exposure Limits Isopropanol 200 ppm TWA ACGIH TLV, 400 ppm STEL ACGIH TLV 400 ppm STEL OSHA PEL C-18 Unsaturated Fatty Acid Dimers None Established Ventilation: Use with adequate general or local exhaust ventilation to maintain exposure concentrations below the exposure limits. Respiratory Protection: For operations where the exposure limits are exceeded, a NIOSH approved respirator should be used. Respirator selection and use should be based on contaminant type, form and concentration. Follow OSHA 1910.134, ANSI Z88.2 and good Industrial Hygiene practice. Skin Protection: Wear vinyl, latex, nitrile or other impervious gloves if needed to avoid contact. Page 2 of 5 P/N: 24335

Eye Protection: Chemical safety glasses or goggles if needed to avoid eye contact. SECTION 9: PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES Appearance and Odor: Red liquid with a slight alcohol odor. Specific Gravity: 0.789 Boiling Point: 82.2 C (180.0 F) Water Solubility: Not determined Melting Point: Not determined Vapor Pressure: 33.00 mmhg Flash Point: 20 C (68 F) Vapor Density: 2.07 (air =1) Autoignition Point: Not determined ph: Not determined Flammable Limits: Not determined Stability: This product is stable. SECTION 10: STABILITY AND REACTIVITY Incompatibility/Conditions to Avoid: Avoid heat, flames and other sources of ignition. Do not use with aluminum equipment at temperatures above 120 F. Avoid contact with strong oxidizing agents, acids, chlorine, acetaldehyde, ethylene oxide, and isocyanates. Hazardous Decomposition Products: Thermal decomposition will generate carbon oxides. Hazardous Polymerization: Will not occur Potential Health Effects: SECTION 11: TOXICOLOGICAL INFORMATION Eye: May cause irritation with burning, tearing, redness and swelling. Skin: May cause mild irritation. Repeated or prolonged skin contact may cause dryness and cracking with possible dermatitis. Inhalation: Inhalation of vapors or mists may cause irritation of the nose, throat and upper respiratory tract. High vapor concentrations may cause nausea, headache, weakness, and nervous system symptoms such as drowsiness, sleepiness or dizziness. Prolonged exposure to high concentrations may cause unconsciousness. Ingestion: Low toxicity for small quantities. Ingestion of large quantities may cause gastrointestinal irritation with nausea, vomiting and diarrhea, impaired coordination, central nervous system depression, respiratory depression, low blood pressure, mild liver effects, and pulmonary edema. Chronic/Carcinogenicity: Prolonged or repeated skin contact may cause dermatitis. Repeated overexposure may cause liver damage. None of the components of this product are listed as carcinogens by ACGIH, IARC, NTP or OSHA. Page 3 of 5 P/N: 24335
