Students investigate relationships between form and function. Major concepts include anatomical terminology, basic biochemistry, cells and tissues, and the integumentary, skeletal, muscular, nervous, endocrine, cardiovascular, lymphatic/immune, respiratory, digestive, and urinary systems. An introduction to common human disease processes is included.
