The bill in terms of health reform demands that all people in the United States have health insurance or that they run the risk of having to pay a penalty, applies a minimum to insurance plans that are new and it further puts a stop to insurance company s denying people that have conditions that are pre-existing. The healthcare reform bill also offers special funds for those people that cannot possibly afford to get insurance. Ultimately, the health care reform bill will change the way dentists operate and who gets treatment: there is promising parts of the bill and parts of the bill that still need to be worked out.
