Spotlight on Easter Easter Egg Hunt March 19th Join us for these special services: Letter from the Editors March 2016 We are very pleased to be releasing our first monthly newsletter to communicate all the events and good news that St. Giles has to share. Since this is our very first issue, we are asking for your support in helping to build a great newspacked, fun-filled, professional newsletter to be shared among our church family. We plan to bring more news with subsequent issues. In addition to a monthly calendar, articles from the weekly bulletin, news of new members, fellowship and community events, we would like to share birthdays and significant anniversary milestones whether celebrating your church membership or remembering your wedding anniversary. In trying to catch-up from 2015, if you celebrated a significant event or milestone during the past year please let us know at stgilesweb@comcast.net. The Kirk will be available via email and online at our website, where you may view it and save it or print it for later viewing. There will only be a limited number of paper copies available in the Narthex each month. If your internet skills need a little help, let us know and we will be glad to work with you to receive a newsletter via your email or online. Grace and Blessings, Maundy Thursday-March 24th at 7:00 p.m. Good Friday-March 25th at 7:00 p.m. Easter Sunday Service-March 27th Teresa Hardwick and Janet Jackson, Editors email: stgilesweb@comcast.net

Page 8 March 2016 New Member Spotlight The Price Family St. Giles also welcomed Al Bungard in 2016. Look for his story in next month s newsletter. On January 3 rd, St. Giles welcomed our first new members of the year Will, Amy and William Price. Will is in the Navy and most recently transitioned into Orange Park from Norfolk, VA after some time in the Willow Grove, PA area. As is often the case with Navy personnel, they have experienced many moves prior to this one. (But we re hoping they ll stay awhile here!) They started attending our church in September, 2015 and have made their home in the Foxridge subdivision. Our youngest new member is William and is almost 12 years old. The family s interests include most outdoor activity, with special emphasis on fishing and camping. (Staying warm is high on the priority list for Amy while staying cool is high on the priority list for Will!) Thank goodness we have a little bit of both of those in Orange Park. Please make our newest family feel welcome within our St. Giles family! Welcome to our newest baptized member Alivia Belle Anderson baptized on February 21st.
