Each donor utilized in our products has been tested according to FDA guidelines for the detection of Hepatitis B Surface Antigen, Antibodies to HIV, Antibodies to Hepatitis C, HIV-1 antigen(s), and Syphilis. All donor units yielded non-reactive/ negative results for each test performed. All Blood products were collected in the United States of America from human donors in licensed FDA centers and tested with FDA approved test kits. No test method can provide total assurance that Hepatitis B Virus, Hepatitis C Virus, Human Immunodeficiency Virus or other infectious agents are absent. Thus, all products derived from human blood or serum that we provide should be handled at the bio-safety level 2 as recommended by the CDC/NIH manual: Bio-Safety in Microbiological and Biomedical Laboratories, for potentially infectious human serum or blood Specimens. Protective gloves, safety goggles, a lab coat and access to a safety shower and eyewash facility are recommended. Wash hands thoroughly after handling this product. Normal laboratory ventilation is adequate unless aerosols are generated. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothes. Avoid ingestion or inhalation. Eye Exposure - In case of contact with eyes, flush with copious amounts of water for at least 15 minutes. Assure adequate flushing by separating the eyelids. Seek medical advice. Dermal Exposure In case of skin contact, flush with copious amounts of water and soap for at least 15 minutes. Remove contaminated clothing and seek medical advice. Oral Exposure If swallowed, wash out mouth with water provided person is conscious. Seek medical advice. Inhalation Exposure If inhaled, remove to fresh air. If not breathing, give artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen. Seek medical advice. Section 5 Fire-Fighting Measures In the event of fire, evacuate area.
