ALTITUDE TRAMPOLINE PARK

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Thank you for your interest in becoming a Franchisee of Altitude Trampoline Park - the most exciting and dynamic trampoline park experience in the country! This Executive Summary is intended to give you a preliminary understanding of what the Altitude Trampoline Park brand has to offer to our Franchisees. The content of this Executive Summary should not be exclusively relied upon when formulating a decision about joining the Altitude Trampoline Park family as a Franchisee. To assist you with that decision, we will provide you with a Franchisee Disclosure Document. The Franchisee Disclosure Document will include additional information about Altitude Trampoline Park and the Franchise arrangement. The Franchisee Disclosure Document will be provided to you after you (i) have read the Executive Summary and find that you are interested in furthering a discussion with us, and (ii) provide us with the completed Franchisee Questionnaire which accompanies this Executive Summary.

ABOUT ALTITUDE TRAMPOLINE PARKS We began with the premise that when a large group of people gather in a high energy, music-filled, large indoor area with hundreds of square feet of expansive trampoline mats for safe jumping, games and exercise, there is a strong likelihood that some serious fun is about to happen. When we toss in dynamic interior designs, unique bright colors, our beloved Spike logo, the highest quality trampoline matting and equipment in the industry, a friendly and customer service oriented staff and sound business management principles, we have now created ALTITUDE TRAMPOLINE PARK a diversified destination family entertainment center that combines recreation and fun within a facility that provides a safe, clean, climate-controlled and supervised environment for people of all ages to exercise and have fun! We also have created a brand that has substantial drawing power to capture the interest of the consumer and to meet the consumer s demand for some good ole fashion fun!

KEY DIFFERENTIATORS Altitude is the best-in-class operator in the highly fragmented indoor trampoline park space. CUSTOMER SERVICE Above all, the most recognizable difference when entering an Altitude Trampoline Park is that everyone from our front-line staff to our ownership treats every customer and visitor as a valued guest. We are building brand loyalty by building relationships with our guests. EXPERIENCE Similarly, Altitude prides itself on being an experiential concept that has children begging their parents to return to our parks, while providing an environment where parents feel comfortable and are happy to return to. FACILITIES From site selection, to build-out, and the quality of our FF&E, Altitude chooses the best possible options which we believe translates to brand loyalty and the highest gross sales. In contrast to many competitors who choose industrial or otherwise inferior locations, Altitude employs a site selection strategy based on proximity to core customers, and dominant retail corridors; providing parents the ability to cross shop, extending our average customer stay.

SUCCESS FACTORS Altitude is uniquely qualified to succeed due to the following reasons: PROVEN BUSINESS MODEL With more than 170 trampoline parks in the US, Altitude has emerged as the best-in-class operator across the nation with 45 units open and operating, 40 being constructed, and another 35 franchise locations in the site selection process in the U.S. alone. SUBSTANTIAL DRAWING POWER Altitude draws an average of 1,000 visitors per day. The Fort Worth, TX location draws 95% of its customers from an 11 mile radius. The Little Rock, AR locations draws 95% of its customers from 50 miles. The average trampoline park experiences 6,250 customer hours per month and draws customers from more than 15 miles. DEMAND Altitude not only offers an exciting entertainment and fitness venue to the community but also it provides a safe and clean environment to bring the whole family. Altitude gives a new option to families that want to stay active while having fun together. Instead of going to the movies or playing video games, Altitude serves as a meeting place for children, teens and parents to socialize and exert energy. Keeping children healthy and active while having fun is what Altitude brings to every community it goes in.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Altitude Trampoline Park is geared for people of all ages who are looking for a fun environment to exercise and play on our trampolines. Whether they want to participate in free jump time, compete in a dodge ball game, attend an exercise session, throw a birthday party, attend a business outing or simply watch our guests having fun, we are certain that all of our guests will enjoy the Altitude Trampoline Park experience. There are several play areas within each Altitude Trampoline Park: MAIN COURT This is our largest trampoline area. It consists of connected trampolines spanning both floors and walls for endless jumping and serves as the area for fitness classes, including Altitude s Boot Camp Fitness Programs. FOAM PIT Three to six trampolines leading into a huge pit of foam cubes for jumpers of all ages to work on their latest tricks. DODGE BALL Trampolines spanning both floors and walls with a smaller center trampoline for placement of the dodge balls prior to the start of each game. PARTY AREA(S) Great for birthday parties and other special occasions.
