Mid Term Evaluation of Alliance 2015 HIV Strategy & Programme
Key Findings of Mid Term Evaluation Stronger collaboration among Alliance partners especially in the technical sphere The concept of change is not well-defined in any of the implementing organisations nor is there a clear roadmap to how such change would be achieved, what are the steps and how to measure the degree to which such change is being achieved - A strategic visioning exercise needs to be undertaken to develop a clear roadmap for 2010 2015 Output, outcome and impact indicators need to be developed to create an evidence base The adolescents and youth have received a lot of information they are aware but enabling factors needed to apply that awareness in real life situations have not been effectively addressed, especially for girls and women
