Message from the Wellness Committee Welcome to the website for the Maryland State Bar Association Special Committee on Wellness. This website was developed in furtherance of the Honorable Pamila J. Brown s initiative to promote all aspects of lawyer wellness by attempting to identify factors that impact the emotional and physical well-being of attorneys and educate members of the bench and their bar about wellness issues and available resources. It is our hope that, as you enjoy explore and enjoy the contents of this website, you will come to appreciate that wellness is a comprehensive and multidimensional compilation of several elements that impact a person s wellbeing. Events Saturday, February 27, 2016 03:00 PM - 05:00 PM Save the Date to Knock out a workout with the MSBA Wellness Committee at Crazy 88 Mixed Martial Arts in Elkridge! The workout will introduce you to 4 different types of martial arts in short 15 minute segments including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai (Thai Kickboxing), Boxing and Fitness MMA. Attendees will rotate through each segment, learning about these dynamic, exciting fitness challenges. Please wear clothing you can move in, a towel and water are always a good idea. Arrive with plenty of time to register and check in - class will begin promptly! This event is open to all ages - friends and family are welcome with MSBA members.
