The Very Important Patient Program The minimum amount of referrals needed to become a VIP is three. After you have referred three patients, the rewards for your hard work only get better. When you become a VIP Program member, you will be a member for an entire calendar year. You will be able to have VIP access at employee appreciation events, get referral cash bonuses and get additional entries in the quarterly raffle drawings. Silver To be a Silver VIP Member, you must refer 3 patients. Upon reaching the silver level you will receive $75 in CASH.
