Registration fee Registration fee is 2.400,00 (VAT included) dissectors, 1.440,00 (VAT included) non-dissectors and includes: entrance to the course, course materials, certificate of attendance, coffee and tea breaks, lunches, welcome cocktail, social dinner, transportation from the hotel to the course venue and vice versa. Attendance is limited to a maximum of 16 participants dissectors and 10 participants non-dissectors. Registrations must be sent to the Organizing Secretariat, via fax or e-mail, along with the payment within September 16 th, 2011. Cancellations/refunds/changes Cancellations/refunds are possible only by written request within September 16 th, 2011. In case of refunds bank charges will be retained by the Organizing Secretariat.
