The Alzheimer s Association RivALZ is a volunteer-driven event that engages young professional women in friendly but fierce flag football games around the country. As part of the competition, teams are organized around age-old rivalries that inspire fundraising, awareness and action in the fight against Alzheimer s disease. Audience: Hundreds of young professionals, business professionals, community leaders, philanthropic donors, friends and family believe, through this event, they have the potential to change the future of Alzheimer s disease. Through their participation, they understand they can help empower families to stay strong by engaging in free programs and services, fund a discovery that saves future generations from this disease, and stand up as a part of a movement to make Alzheimer s a national priority.
