FORENSIC PSYCHIATRY EXPERIENCE Risk Assessment Evaluations Contract with the Tennessee Board of Parole Tennessee Department of Corrections State of Tennessee January 2010 to present This contract involves evaluating inmates who are eligible for parole in Tennessee. They include malpractice evaluations, parenting time evaluations, capacity to parent evaluations, personal injury claims, workers compensation claims, and capacity to testify among others. I have been retained several times by the Department of Children s Services in addition to families and individuals. Criminal Cases I have completed several evaluations involving competency to stand trial, mental status at the time of the offense, and mitigation evaluations. The criminal cases involve both juveniles and adults. Geography of cases Cases I have been involved with are generally from middle Tennessee but I have cases from Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Mississippi, South Carolina, Georgia, Kentucky, Ohio, Missouri, and Alabama.
