Abstract Submission Dates: Abstract submission will open on July 15, 2018 Deadline for abstract submission is set for October 01, 2018 Notification of acceptance will be issued by October 04, 2018 Presenters of accepted abstracts must register before October 08, 2018 Participants may submit their original works in relation to all aspects of head and neck surgery and oncology. Instructions for Abstract submission: Abstracts must be written and presented in English Abstract s format in WORD File, Page Size: Single A4 paper Word Count: 250 words Font: Ariel,.5 spaced, justified Font size: 12 pt. Margins: "Normal" layout in Word: 1.75 cm top and bottom, 3.17 cm left and right Abstracts should be structured as follows: a) Title: UPPERCASE and BOLD. Use a concise title that indicates the content of the abstract. Refrain from using abbreviations in the title. b) Authors: Full surname and names for every author must be provided. Do not include degrees or titles. The presenting author should be underlined. c) Affiliations: Each author should be listed by institution and city. d) Contents should be organized into the following sections: Background, Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusions. e) Abbreviations should conform to the style manual for biological journals. Only standard abbreviations may be used without definition. Place non-standard abbreviations in parenthesis after the full word, the first time it appears. Data must be given in units of the international metric system. Drug products should be identified by their generic name only. It is the author's responsibility to submit an accurate abstract. Any errors in spelling, grammar or scientific fact will be reproduced as typed by the author.
