THE NEW HEALING SYSTEM IS CALLED TONG REN ENERGY HEALING The following information and links will give you a good idea the who, what, when, where, why and how. Tong Ren is a modern, integrated system: It Combines: Principles of Chinese Medicine used in a new way + Modern knowledge of anatomy and physiology + Wave entrainment theory and practice + New view of the cause of illness+ Specialized Tuina along the spine and neck and Application of the Collective Unconsciousness as proposed by Dr. Carl Jung. Basically Tong Ren is a distance energy healing therapy applied to individuals or groups. It has been developed and tested over the past 25 years by Tom Tam, L.Ac. of Boston. It has now spread to 24 US states and 15 countries around the world. See links at the end of this presentation to learn more and view a live Tong Ren group healing session. (Many of you may not know that Korean Hand Therapy includes a distance healing strategy. However, when Dr.Yoo introduced it 20 years ago, he concluded it was too early to receive acceptance.) Before going further, I want to mention that you can become certified in Tong Ren at a seminar on Mar 16-17-18 at Five Branches University Graduate School of Traditional Chinese Medicine. There is more detail at the end of this article. I hope to see you at the certification seminar. Tong Ren Evolved from Clinical Experience, It: 1. Has demonstrated amazing healing results for very difficult diseases such as cancer and autoimmune diseases, among others 2. Can be learned in one weekend seminar, and many former patients become practitioners. 3. Is extremely low cost and requires minimal equipment 4. Combines well with all other healing methods, including allopathic medicine 5. Is an integration of Eastern and Western medicine philosophies and practice. 6. Is versatile in application and is practiced: Face to face in a standard clinic model or in groups; via phone and video, such as Skype, without regard to distance so patients can treated at home, in hospitals, close by or across the world. 7. Can stand alone or be combined with all other healing modalities. 8. Does not require the practitioner to possess special healing powers. 9. Does not require the practitioner to get initiated, attend several seminars, get a mantra, practice Qi Gong for 20 years, etc. It just requires that you to want to get unbelievable healing results and attend one seminar. Tom Tam, the creator, has evolved Tong Ren from his clinical practice and his desire to heal as many people as possible, worldwide.
Tong Ren Research is Encouraged Research and on-going client reports have demonstrated some remarkable healing results using Tong Ren Healing. The following is a short research abstract: Participants: Adults attending group sessions. Measures: Changes in conditions attributed to this system. Results: Response rate 89% (n ¼ 265). Cancer (30.6%), endocrine/autoimmune (17.5%) and musculoskeletal disorders (17.2%) were the most commonly reported conditions. Among respondents who had attended more than one session (n ¼ 216), 30% used superlatives (e.g., amazing ) to describe TR s impact, and one-third noted improved quality of life. No adverse effects were described. Anxiety, depression, cancer, and autoimmune disorders appeared to have the greatest treatment responses, with 63.8%, 61.0%, 60.3%, and 58.1% of participants with these conditions reporting substantial improvements. Conclusion: This first study documenting self-reported effects of TR shows subjective benefits and no adverse effects. Further research on this approach is warranted. Read additional research results in Tom new book: Healing Cancer with the Nervous System by Tom Tam, Oriental Culture Institute, 2012. What is Tong Ren and How Do You Do It? Tong Ren is a highly targeted method of removing energetic blockages and directing healing energy to the body. Its popularity is driven by success at healing or controlling cancers and other debilitating conditions that have not responded to traditional Western or Eastern therapies. Western medicine understands that health depends on a supply of nutrients, hormones, and electrical and chemical stimulation via the nervous system. Eastern and Western Medicine Integration is Necessary for Whole Person Treatment. Eastern medicine understands the above but also understands that the body needs an additional form of energy to remain healthy. Each organ needs a natural flow of electrical signals, and blockage of that necessary bioelectric impulse leads to disease. We do not yet have the tools to measure this energy but many people can feel the effects. Studies are beginning to show its healing power. This energy is called by many Tom Tam.L.Ac. names: Chi, Prana, Aka, Subtle Energy, etc. East and West have contradictory and complimentary understanding of the body, the mind and of healing. Neither is adequate alone, as witnessed by the number of incurable diseases. Both are necessary components of a healing system to treat all aspects of the whole person. Synchronicity-The New Healing Factor The healing power of this combination depends on another factor observed throughout nature: synchronicity. The natural phenomena of synchronicity is demonstrated in large numbers of birds swooping and turning in perfect harmony. The same coordinated movement is seen in schools of thousands of fish. This is not coordinated by the usual senses of sight, sound, smell, feel or taste...but rather by brain wave entrainment. They move in perfect harmony because each is connected with the brainwave energy and patterns of the group. Many studies have demonstrated brain wave synchronization through no measurable connection.
Dr Carl Jung, Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, Ervin Lazlo, Gary Zukav, Rupert Sheldrake and others have described the evolving development of a subconscious human connectedness like a global spirit or brain. In Tong Ren we tap into this vast reserve of healthy bioelectrical patterns and health sustaining energy. We move the organs back into harmony with the healthy bioelectric patterns of Tong Ren practitioners and even more importantly into entrainment with the more powerful collective brain. How Does the Practitioner Tap into This Vast Energy Reserve? Picture this: A Tong Ren practitioner standing in front of a group of clients as if to teach them but instead he/she has a 10 inch rubber model of a parson on which is marked all the acupuncture meridians and points. In their other hand they hold a small magnetic hammer and they begin tapping rhythmically on specific points on the model, points found to be blocked for the particular disease condition of the client. Connecting with the Field The tapping (like drumming) facilitates a connection between the subconscious of the practitioner and the corresponding locations on the patient s body to open the blockages. The subconscious connection creates a conduit, drawing the diseased organ back into entrainment with the healthy bioelectrical signals and vast healing energy of the collective unconscious. Health is usually restored unless it is blocked or rejected by the conscious mind. The Practitioner is Simply a Conduit for Harmony The identity, skills and abilities of the individual practitioner are immaterial, because the healing power does not come from that practitioner, but rather from the collectively evolving milieu. Imagine the Tong Ren practitioner is like a piano tuner. The tuner s hammer strikes piano wires of errant pitch, so they may be adjusted back to into harmony with the healthy collective frequencies. The actual retensioning of the cords is accomplished NOT by the individual tapper but by the energy in an unseen chorus of experts. The accepting recipient feels energetic change, and then the medical tests usually improve. The more who practice Tong Ren, the stronger the harmonizing field becomes that enables the restoration of health. Everyone Can Become a Tong Ren Practitoner Most Tong Ren practitioners have received healings, or have healed loved ones in this manner. Such healing is a powerful yet humbling experience. Practitioners happily welcome people with illnesses uncurable by traditional Western or Eastern medicine. They simply act as a conduit for healing frequencies and power of the Collective. They are rewarded by the joy and comfort of the healed. Healing Also Depends on Openess Energy healing is most effective if we are receptive and accepting of that energy on a core level. Many people desperately want to be healed but are not able to relax into such acceptance because it lies outside of their understanding of reality. Preconceptions may prevent them from benefiting from any form of energy healing, but if we can help them see beyond their five senses, they may be able to open their hearts and accept healing energy.
Connecting to the Universal Field Current work in quantum physics speaks of many levels of reality beyond the transient one we experience with our five senses. There are other aspects of reality which we cannot see with our five senses and these domains underlie an interact with the realm we experience. In this new vision of multiple interconnected domains of reality, our cognitive and spiritual energies interact with an underlying universal energy field, which is inherently organized and naturally healthy. Illness occurs when our bodies-minds-emotions become uncoupled or blocked from these deeper levels reality. The Multi-Dimensional Support System There is a fundamental coherence in the universe that is enduring in time which we experience as synchronicity. When we provide a conduit for our manifest reality to reconnect with and re-synchronize with the original underlying but unobservable energies and domains of reality, we are moved back into harmony with the original natural healthy reality. Everyone can learn to simply tap into this incredible pool of energetic patterns for the benefit of their fellow human beings.
