Proceedings of Working Sessions VI - VII On January 9, 2008 from 9:00 am 12:00 noon, the participants assembled into their district working groups to recap the good governance tools chosen during the working group sessions I V and incorporate them into the minimum planning package. This was done choosing the target under which each tool fits and filling out the columns belonging to each chosen target under the theme on program management namely target 4 for information flow, target 5 for transparency and target 6 for accountability.
