Build Your Physical Health Bio-individuality Each person has unique nutrition and lifestyle needs. One person s food is another person s poison, and that s why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. Every body is different so we need to respect our body s needs for example, some people do well on a vegetarian diet, while others may need some animal protein for them to function optimally. The best way to work with your body is to be mindful about the food you eat, and observe how you feel afterwards. That said, the basics still applies to pretty much everyone. By simply following these simple tips you will be on your way to having a healthy physical body: Support liver function and detoxification drink a glass of warm water with juice of half a lemon on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. Add some raw food raw food contains beneficial enzymes that support digestion and detoxification. Just adding a salad on the side, more sprouts and tomato on your sandwich, or a sprinkle of raw fruit on your oatmeal can go a long way.
