5.3 Did patient undergo transmyocardial Laser Therapy for treatment of refractory angina which has persisted? (a) Was patient given optimal medical therapy i.e. ACE Inhibitors/ Beta Blockers etc prior to transmyocardial Laser Therapy? 5.4 Was it an open-chest surgery to correct the narrowing or blockage of the coronary arteries with bypass graft?
