Our Supply Chain Information on services provided by BeNCH Community Rehabilitation Company s partners

Introduction Importance of our supply chain Over the last two years the Government has been implementing its Transforming Rehabilitation programme which has led to big changes to both the Prison and Probation Services. The Prison Service has been reorganised to create 89 resettlement prisons across England and Wales, the idea being that most people in prison will transfer to a resettlement prison in their home area three months before release. The Probation Service has been split into two new organisations - the National Probation Service (NPS) and a number of Community Rehabilitation Companies (CRC). The majority of people in prison and in the community will be supervised by a CRC while those who pose a high or very high risk of harm will be managed by the NPS. There are 21 CRCs across England and Wales. The CRC for this area is called BeNCH CRC (The Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Community Rehabilitation Company). BeNCH CRC has linked up with a number of voluntary and charitable organisations to deliver integrated rehabilitation services in prisons and communities. Our partners are essential to BeNCH CRC s success and we work in tandem to ensure services are delivered to the best of our joint abilities. Neil Moloney Chief Executive BeNCH Community Rehabilitation Company BeNCH supply chain partners: 2
