Customer Service The coaching session was excellent. Crystal was a book of knowledge. The review of sleep medicine was excellent for my staff. They needed the brush up. I really liked where were able to individually practice with the software. That was important. We have had quite a bit of sleep training. I, myself, have taken NUMEROUS COURSES.
