In experienced meditation practitioners, it was particularly noted that gamma brain waves in meditation were especially high in the left prefrontal cortex of the brain. HOW TO USE NIRVANA AND AWAKEN FOR MEDITATION Sit or lie down, get comfortable and make sure you are somewhere that you won t be disturbed. Turn off your phone and any other devices or equipment that might cause disruption. It s preferable if the lighting is somewhat dim or even off. Now, press play, close your eyes gently, take a comfortable deep breath in, pause just a moment, then let the breath out just slightly slower than normal and relax. Repeat the deep breathing two more times and begin meditating with your chosen technique for the amount of time you normally devote to your practise. Gamma states are associated with ecstatic states of consciousness in highly experienced and developed meditators people who have spent their entire lives cloistered in monasteries practicing meditation and mental disciplines. If you were of an eastern religious orientation you would refer to these states as Nirvana, Samadhi or Shamanic trance. In a more common manner of speaking they would call such states "Christ Consciousness" or "Krishna Consciousness". Now, you can experience these ecstatic states of consciousness. You will gain the most benefits if you have progressed through the levels of LifeFlow, or have worked with other spiritual/metaphysical disciplines previously and here s why Some states of consciousness are natural, yet are not common. States like the alpha levels we go in and out of regularly throughout our day and so entering them in meditation feels somewhat more "familiar" than entering a waking state of theta might feel. Because we already have a good deal of experience with alpha it is relatively easy to begin working our meditations towards the alpha levels. We all know what it feels like to suddenly find ourselves aware that we were lost in a daydream. That was an alpha state. So in the beginning of learning meditation if I tell you that you're going to experience an alpha meditative state you have at least an idea what that experience might be like. However, if I said to you, "You re going to start learning to meditate at a gamma state you would have no idea at all how that might feel or what to expect.

Your chances of successfully entering gamma while still awake and then staying there would be greatly reduced. Just as each level of LifeFlow builds a solid foundation for each deeper level, the basis created by LifeFlow will allow you to gain the ultimate benefits of meditating with Nirvana and Awaken. You can relax for as little as 10 minutes or you may prefer 20, 40 or 60 minutes, depending on your schedule. Listening to entrainment while simply relaxing can enhance your experience of relaxation which, in turn, can enhance your sense of well-being, greatly reduce stress, boost immune system function and have a host of other beneficial effects. HOW TO USE NIRVANA AND AWAKEN FOR Enhanced Learning, Memory and Creativity etc. The scientists have proven that by changing your state, you can improve the quality and experience of your entire life Entrainment itself has been used by humans for thousands and thousands of years. The underlying principle of entrainment is very old. What is new, is the technical methods used in combining and delivering entrainment waves. Combining Binaural, Monaural and Isochronic waves really does give you added dimensions of use where you get the best of all worlds.

Each waveform has unique benefits, and used in combination, you get all three dimensional benefits. Tracks using only Binaural technology that attempt to entrain to any frequency over 30 Hz produce no entrainment effect at all, even if they are otherwise constructed properly. Monaural and Isochronic, on the other hand, work perfectly well. In fact they are the only audio entrainment waves that do work above 30 Hz. I pick a single frequency as a primary and allow each person's brain to fill in the others according to its individual needs. The human brain requires something like 8 minutes to entrain to a frequency, and it only works if that frequency remains constant. The 40 Hz frequency is the one and only way I know of in which you can intentionally entrain to multiple frequencies at the same time. It isn't artificial and you're not forcing the brain to accept anything that isn't natural to it. I believe it would be more accurate to say that the 40 Hz frequency allows the brain to more readily entrain to its own natural harmonics, rather than that the 40 Hz tone itself contains the harmonics. Because of this multi-entrainment aspect, a 40 Hz track can be used for relaxation, meditation, creativity, study, stress reduction and so forth equally well. Other frequencies tend to work best for more specific types of activities. The 40 Hz frequency is what we might call a "Jack of all trades".

You can play Nirvana or Awaken for as long as you choose to Increase your focus and concentration when reading or studying. Improve memory performance. Access your intuition.
