Day One: Lacrosse o 4 corners using lacrosse related locomotor and nonlocomotoer skills (sliding, sprinting, dodging, and jumping). o Muscular endurance: 12 Ways of Fitness (using skills and exercises relevant to lacrosse i.e. push-ups; tricep dips; sprints and etc. o Equipment o Cradling o Passing o Catching o Students will run across the field cradling the ball as they move. Students will then pass back and forth with a partner.

Day Two: Lacrosse o Assigned stretches lead by student. o Holy Moly o Cradling o Passing o Catching o Scooping o Tri-Stations 1. Practice scooping the ball off the ground (stationary and moving). 2. Partner passing. 3. Cone weaves (obstacles) while passing to a partner.

Day Three: Lacrosse o 3 minute jump rope o Fitness Stations: Muscular endurance and strength 1. Sit ups/crunches 2. Push ups (regular and/or modified) 3. Wall squats 4. Mountain climbers Review: o Cradling o Passing o Catching o Scooping o Shooting o Shooting for accuracy drill. o 2 on 3 scoring activity.

Day Four: Lacrosse o Assigned stretches lead by student. o Step Aerobics Review: o Cradling o Passing o Catching o Scooping o Shooting o Face off o Stations (with partners) o Cradling o Passing o Scooping o Shooting o Face off practice o Partner passing while moving o Accuracy shooting drill

Day Five: Lacrosse o 3 minute jump rope o Muscular endurance: 12 Ways of Fitness (using skills and exercises relevant to lacrosse i.e. push-ups; tricep dips; sprints and etc. o Rules and regulations o Safety o Positions o Field o 3 on 3 modified game

Day Six: Lacrosse o 4 corners using lacrosse related locomotor and nonlocomotoer skills (sliding, sprinting, dodging, and jumping). o Fitness Stations: Muscular endurance and strength 5. Sit ups/crunches 6. Push ups (regular and/or modified) 7. Wall squats 8. Mountain climbers o Offensive Strategies o Stations from day 4 activity o 4 on 4 modified game

Day Seven: Lacrosse o 3 minute jump rope o Holy Moly o Defensive Strategies o 4 on 4 modified game

Day Eight: Lacrosse o Assigned stretches lead by student o Step Aerobics o Review Offensive and Defensive Strategies o 6 on 6 games!

Day Nine: Lacrosse o 4 corners using lacrosse related locomotor and nonlocomotoer skills (sliding, sprinting, dodging, and jumping). o Cardio Stations: 1. Jump ropes 2. Sprints 3. Knee high jumps 4. Steps Review/Lesson Focus o Cradling o Passing o Catching o Scooping o Shooting o Stations from day 4 activity. o Scooping relays. o Steal the bacon. o Shooting relays. o Accuracy shooting drills.

Day Ten: Lacrosse o 3 minute jump rope o Stretches lead by teacher o Muscular strength o Muscular endurance o Strength training for lacrosse. o Stations in weight room o Relays

Day Eleven: Lacrosse o 4 corners using lacrosse related locomotor and nonlocomotoer skills (sliding, sprinting, dodging, and jumping). o Fitness Stations: Muscular endurance and strength 9. Sit ups/crunches 10. Push ups (regular and/or modified) 11. Wall squats 12. Mountain climbers Game Stage o Review for skills test o 6 on 6 games

Day Twelve: Lacrosse o Assigned stretches lead by student o Stations each station related to lacrosse skills o Skills test o 6 on 6 games

Day Thirteen: Lacrosse o Stretches lead by teacher o Pilates o Study guide and review for test o 6 on 6 game

Day Fourteen: Lacrosse o Quick review session (student roundtable) o Yoga o Written lacrosse test o 6 on 6 game
