Day One: Lacrosse o 4 corners using lacrosse related locomotor and nonlocomotoer skills (sliding, sprinting, dodging, and jumping). o Muscular endurance: 12 Ways of Fitness (using skills and exercises relevant to lacrosse i.e. push-ups; tricep dips; sprints and etc. o Equipment o Cradling o Passing o Catching o Students will run across the field cradling the ball as they move. Students will then pass back and forth with a partner.
Day Two: Lacrosse o Assigned stretches lead by student. o Holy Moly o Cradling o Passing o Catching o Scooping o Tri-Stations 1. Practice scooping the ball off the ground (stationary and moving). 2. Partner passing. 3. Cone weaves (obstacles) while passing to a partner.
Day Three: Lacrosse o 3 minute jump rope o Fitness Stations: Muscular endurance and strength 1. Sit ups/crunches 2. Push ups (regular and/or modified) 3. Wall squats 4. Mountain climbers Review: o Cradling o Passing o Catching o Scooping o Shooting o Shooting for accuracy drill. o 2 on 3 scoring activity.

Day Thirteen: Lacrosse o Stretches lead by teacher o Pilates o Study guide and review for test o 6 on 6 game
Day Fourteen: Lacrosse o Quick review session (student roundtable) o Yoga o Written lacrosse test o 6 on 6 game
