3 JUICING HABITS for Glowing Skin and Getting Slim plus my two best fat burning, beauty juicing recipes

Juice Lover, Hello! I m here to show you how to get strong, healthy and sexy through a straw. 1. Juice daily. FACT: Drinking at least one freshsqueezed juice/smoothie a day cranks up your natural energy, metabolism, and all-around well-being. When you drink fresh raw juices in combination with your daily diet, your body uses the nutrition more effectively and cleanses more efficiently. Juicing assists the body in detoxing toxins and fat. This equals glowing skin + staying slim. Replacing one meal a day with a large glass of juice is one of the best & easiest ways of losing weight and staying slim. Breakfast is the best time to have a juice or smoothie because your body is still cleansing from the night before and it s a gentle way to start your day. This low cal, high nutrition meal will jumpstart weight loss and is an easy way for most people to lose a few pounds. Tip: Plan out your recipes and shopping list each week to help you do this easily. Let s get right to it. Here s the juicing habits I ve learned over the years that help me stay slim and get that glow from the inside out. 2. Go green often. Green juices and smoothies are some of the best options when juicing for weight loss and reducing puffiness caused by water weight. They are also known to help your body become alkaline, boost metabolism, and shed toxic waste. Most of this is due to chlorophyll greens have. Chlorophyll levels out blood sugar, cleans out blood cells, and is one of the best foods that you can put into your body. It s one of the best choices you can make if you want to have glowing skin all day everyday, keep water weight at bay and keep toxic waste out of fat cells. Tip: Green juice recipes can be tricky to come up with if you re new to them, so use the one I give you below.

3. Juice skin-loving & beauty centered fruits and vegetables. There are quite a few must-know fruits of veggies in the world of beauty. While all raw produce is going to contribute towards inward health that will radiate outward, these are a few of my fave s you can keep in your beauty arsenal. Grapefruit juice, as shown in recent Cucumber is very hydrating and packed with skin loving vitamins and minerals. It also acts as a diuretic to reduce water weight. The ph of cucumber is close to that of skin and may help prevent wrinkles. a high amount of vitamin C and A. These vitamins are critical to healthy, white eyes, healthy skin and hair growth. Carrots + green lettuce make a great beauty cocktail.
