4 Weeks to go! - Spring Fair - Saturday, 26th August Helpers still needed on all stalls! Every year Spring Fair needs hundreds of helpers to make our event a success. We still need many helpers this year on our stalls and are looking for volunteers who can assist for as little as one hour on the day. If you can help, please look out for the notice at the end of this newsletter where we have instructions on how to view vacancies and sign up to help. URGENT: Stall holders still needed. We still require people to be organisers for 3 stalls. If we cannot fill these positions in the next week we will likely be unable to have these stalls this year. We urgently require stall holders for SECURITY, TOY STALL, CLOTHES and INDIAN FOOD. It would be a shame if we didn t have these major stalls. These stalls are very popular with visitors on the day and not having them would leave a big gap on the day. All stalls have helpers who can assist on the day, we just need someone who can coordinate helpers and ensure that items for sale are organised. No experience needed, we have a great team who can assist. About discounted ride bracelets If you volunteer on a Spring Fair Stall for 2 hours or more you will be able to take advantage of the pre-ordered, Discounted Rides Bracelets for 30% off the regular price. so your children can enjoy unlimited rides all day. (Pony Ride, Bungee, Water Ride and Ladder not included in Rides Bracelet) The discounted Rides Bracelet is only available as a pre-order when you volunteer to help at the Spring Fair online volunteer site before 24 th of August. You cannot purchase the discounted Rides Bracelet on the day.

Mufti Day Wednesday 3rd of August Our first Mufti Day is this Wednesday, 3rd of August where we will be collecting Children s Books, CDs and DVDs. Items must be in good condition and will be collected on the morning of the 3rd outside the school hall between 8.45 and 9.15am. Remember: Children can wear play clothes to school on Mufti Days instead of their regular school uniform and in exchange, are asked to bring a donation for one of the Spring Fair Stalls, either in the form of a gold coin donation or an item that fits into that week's Mufti theme. The first Mufti Day is for Children s Books for the Book Stall. Second-hand Goods Collection Days start soon Second hand goods collection starts on Saturday 5th August from 2-4 pm.
