Product Overview: ab204541 is tissue array, set 3, T-cell, 150 cores from reactive lymphoid tissues (5 cases) and various T-cell (68 cases) tissues in duplicates. Case: 75 Core: 150 Format: 10 rows x 15 columns Size: 1.1mm Thickness: 4µm All the tissues were fixed in 10% neutral buffered formalin for 24 hours and processed using identical SOPs. Sections were picked onto Superfrost Plus or Startfrost Adhesive slides. There may be >5% tissue core losses for a slide, but retention rate should be >90%. Notes for use: Bake the slides at 60 C for 30 minutes before use. If antigen retrieval is needed, it is recommended to start with a protocol with weak to mild strength.
