ABOUT JULIA MORRIS Comedian, host and actress, Julia Morris made her television debut in 1985. With 30 years experience before crowds around the world, Julia is one of Australia s most successful and polished performers. She has appeared on stage with such comedy royalty as Richard Pryor, Jason Alexander, Whoopi Goldberg, Jerry Lewis and Robin Williams. Julia has worked extensively in television in both Australia and overseas (It Takes Two, The Singing Office, Celebrity Apprentice, Australia s Got Talent) and twice has been nominated for the Silver Logie for Most Popular Actress for her role in House Husbands. She has appeared at almost every major comedy festival from Montreal to South Africa and has also written and performed three different one-woman shows on London s West End. Most recently Julia toured Australia with her comedy show I Don t Want Your Honest Feedback. Julia lived and worked in London for many years and then Los Angeles, where she attended acting school before returning to Australia in 2011. Her No Judgment comedy tour won the 2013 Helpmann Award for Best Comedy Performer.

RECIPES AMANDA S CHILLI CON CARNE PIES INGREDIENTS Frozen Puff Pastry Squares Left over Chilli Con Carne (any leftovers suitable for pie filling will do) Serves 2 METHOD Place pasty sheets on chopping board and use pie cutter to cut the pastry into 4 pieces Line the bottom of pie maker with puff pastry pieces Insert Pie Filling Place top Layers of Puff pastry over filling Cook in pie maker for 15-20 mins, remove pie, let it cool and eat.
JULIA S ICE CREAM SOUP INGREDIENTS 1 Litre tub of Vanilla Ice Cream 200 Grams of Milk Chocolate M&Ms Up to 8 METHOD Remove ice cream from freezer and allow to stand at room temperature for 20-30 minutes (or until melted to a thick creamy icy consistency). For thicker consistency let it stand for less time. Empty Ice Cream tub in to large mixing bowl Pour in 200 grams of M&Ms, stir and serve.
