About Our Products Our Mission Leaf, Petal & Pod Farm LLC connects consumers with healthy plants, produce, and garden resources. Using practices that honor the land and our community, we provide wholesale produce and a customized CSA program. Feet in the dirt, heads in the ether, we dream of connecting our communities through roots, flowers, greens, and hard work. Vegetables and Flowers We grow our food using practices that honor the land and our community. We are dedicated to never using chemical pesticides or fertilizers. We grow a variety of greens, roots, herbs, fruiting vegetables and flowers in accordance with its optimal growing season. We harvest produce the same day we deliver so that it is fresh, vibrant, and nutritious. During the summer season we will be offering a large bouquet of beautifully arranged fresh flowers to brighten your home and bring you joy! Fresh vegetables contain many health-giving nutrients and minerals. These nutrients are derived from the soil, which means that the better the soil the more nutritious the vegetable. We strive to continuously improve the soil in which we grow. Like your gut, the soil is an eco-system in and of itself where diversity is the key to health. By adding compost and by brewing and applying compost teas we ensure that our soil is continuously being fed what it needs to breed the diverse micro and macro biology essential for soil health and resilience. Prepared Foods The prepared foods we offer have been chosen for their tastiness and purported health benefits. We use a combination of farm produce, local produce, and organic products in our Prepared Foods. Kimchi: Our kimchi is crunchy, tangy, salty and moderately spicy. It is packed with nutritious ginger and garlic, both of which contain antioxidants as well as many other medicinal properties. Ginger and garlic can be especially helpful during flu and cold season. Kimchi is a probiotic, which improves digestion by increasing the diversity and number of biotic fauna in the gut. Our kimchi does NOT contain fish sauce or any other animal product. Pickles: When available we make our mixed-vegetable pickles with fresh produce from our gardens. Our pickles have a range of flavor, from spicy to

sweet to salty and are made with unique combinations of vegetables, spices, and herbs. All of our pickles contain enzymes that help to improve digestion. Many of our pickles are fermented. Fermented pickles are probiotic and help to increase digestive fauna in the gut. Bone Broth: Our bone broths are made with simple ingredients: bones, garlic, onion, salt, and a small amount of vinegar. Broths can be drunk directly, used as a base for soup and sauces, or used to cook grains. We source our bones from local, sustainable farms whenever possible. All our bones come from either grass-fed or organically fed animals. Our broths are slow-cooked for at least 24 hours in order to break down bones and release nutrients. Bone broth is nutrient-dense containing amino acids, collagen, proline, glycince, glutamine, and trace minerals. Bone broths provide minerals such as: calcium, magnesium, phosphorous, silicon, and sulfur in an easy-to-absorb form. Kombucha: Our kombucha is made with organic oolong tea and organic cane sugar. It is flavored with organic fruits, berries, and/or spices. Kombucha is a fermented beverage (with only trace amounts of alcohol). Kombucha contains B vitamins, enzymes and probiotics and acids such as lactic and gluconic. It is said to help detoxify the body, improve the immune system and aid in digestion. Jun: Our Jun is made with raw organic honey and green tea. It is flavored with organic fruits, berries, and/or spices. Jun is a fermented beverage similar to kombucha. It contains all the health benefits of kombucha with the added health benefits of raw honey and green tea. Raw honey is anti-bacterial and anti-fungal and contains abundant phytonutrients. Green tea contains catechin (said to improve brain function), L-theanine and amino acids and many other bioactive compounds. Medicinal Mushroom Elixer: Our mushroom elixers are made with a delicious blend of medicinal mushrooms (such as Reishi, Chaga and Lion s Mane), coconut milk, natural sweeteners (such as maple syrup, honey, and coconut sugar), vanilla extract, raw cacao and/or spices. Mushrooms are selected for their purported health benefits. Some of the benefits of these mushrooms include: improved brain function, sleep-cycle regulation, and detoxification. In addition mushrooms contain antioxidants, boost the immune system are anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial, and can help balance and improve mood and cognitive abilities. Raw Vegan Treats: Molly's Real Foods incorporates highly nutritious and delicious ingredients made in small batches for optimal freshness and delight. Many products are made with organic sprouted seeds, nuts and coconut. Sweeteners include organic dates, raw honey and maple syrup.

Surprise Items: When we are feeling creative or want to try out a new product, we may include extra items in your box. Surprise items may include: sauces, condiments, salad dressings, herbal teas, baked goods, or crafts. As with all our products they will be made with the best ingredients available. With new items we will include an exact list of ingredients to address allergy concerns. ** We expect our customers to take responsibility for their allergies.
