TOXICOLOGICAL INFORMATION Acute Toxicity Antimony Trioxide Oral LD50 (rat) 20,000 mg/kg Dermal LD50 (rabbit) >8300 mg/kg Inhalation LC50 (rat) >5.2mg/l Flame Retardant Compound Oral LD50 (rat) >5000 mg/kg Dermal LD50 (rabbit) >2000 mg/kg Zinc Oxide Oral LD50 (rat) >5000 mg/kg Dermal LD50 (rabbit) >2000 mg/kg Inhalation LC50 (rat) >5.7mg/l Specific Target Organ Toxicity (STOT) single exposure Available data indicates this product is not expected to cause target organ effects after a single exposure. Specific Target Organ Toxicity (STOT) repeat exposure Available data indicates this product is not expected to cause target organ effects after repeated exposure. Serious Eye damage/irritation Available data indicates this product is not expected to cause eye irritation. Skin Corrosion/Irritation Available data indicates this product is not expected to cause skin irritation. Respiratory or Skin Sensitization Available data indicates this product is not expected to cause respiratory sensitization. Carcinogenicity Antimony Trioxide This ingredient is encapsulated in the adhesive, and is not expected to be inhalable. IARC 2B: Possibly carcinogenic to humans: Antimony trioxide was tested for carcinogenicity by inhalation exposure in male and female rats of one strain and in female rats of another strain producing a significant increase in the incidence of lung tumours in female rats of both strains. Since this ingredient is encapsulated in the adhesive, it is no longer available in an inhalable form. ECHA has classified Antimony Trioxide as Category 2 for carcinogenicity: Suspected of causing cancer by inhalation. Revision Date: November 30, 2015 Page 5 of 8

11. TOXICOLOGICAL INFORMATION Carcinogenicity Flame Retardant Compound Was assigned as moderate carcinogenic risk based on analogy to experimental data for a structurally similar compound and using values from predictive models and/or professional judgment. (EPA Jan 2014) Titanium Dioxide IARC Overall Evaluation is 2B (Possibly carcinogenic to humans) IARC conclusions are based on evidence showing that high concentrations of pigment-grade (powdered) and ultrafine titanium dioxide dust caused respiratory tract cancer in rats exposed by inhalation and intratracheal instillation. Human studies conducted so far do not suggest an association between occupational exposure to titanium dioxide and an increased risk for cancer. Since this product is an adhesive, the titanium dioxide is no longer in a dust form. Germ Cell Mutagenicity Available data indicates this product is is not expected to be mutagenic. Reproductive Toxicity Available data indicates this product is not expected to cause reproductive toxicity or birth defects. Flame Retardant Compound: No evidence of maternal toxicity, developmental toxicity or teratogencity was observed at dosage levels up to 1250 mg/kg/d. Did not induce developmental effects in rats at doses up to 1250 mg/kg/d administered prenatally. (ECHA) Aspiration Hazard Not an aspiration hazard. 12. ECOLOGICAL INFORMATION Ecotoxicity Zinc Oxide: LC50 Rainbow trout, 96h, 1.1 mg/l EC50 Daphnia magna, 48h, 0.098 mg/l Aquatic Chronic - Category 1, Very toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects (ECHA classification) Mobility in soil No relevant studies identified. Persistence/Degradability No relevant studies identified. Bioaccumulative Potential No relevant studies identified. Other adverse effects No relevant studies identified. 13. DISPOSAL CONSIDERATIONS Disposal Methods Dispose of in accordance with all applicable local and national regulations. Revision Date: November 30, 2015 Page 6 of 8
