The SpiritualityApps.net Travel Guide CONTENTS Intrepid Exploring Mind Body Tool app A Place Called Balance Rebalance app Being Happy Inner Kung Fu Game Feeling Younger Move Well app Being Your Own Guide Voice Affirmations app

Intrepid Exploring the Mind Body Tool app Go Where You Want to Go Do you want to go to your Heart Space? Your Head Space? Your Physical Feeling space? Just set the Awareness Type to Focus and place the indicator there. Gaze at the screen and explore the depths of awareness in your body. If you prefer to soften your focus and scan your body instead of focusing on a small region, change the Awareness Type to Body Scan. Be With Whom You Want to Be With The Partner option brings up a person just like you make or female to be your companion on your inner journey. Enlarge your awareness and it can encompass the partner as well. Practicing deep awareness with the computer makes it easier and more fun in real life. You can study interaction patterns that have gone on with other people in the past using this app. Stay as Long as You Want If you head has too many distracting thoughts, you can travel to your heart. If your heart has too many woes, you can travel to the feeling of your physical body. If you physical body hurts, you can expand your awareness to include your head, your heart, and your body evenly. However, if you want to linger on a thought, and memory, or a sensation in your body, this app is just the thing to extend your attention span on those subtle experiences.

A Place Called Balance the Rebalance app (called Rebalance My Energies for mobile devices) Just Turn it On and It Works This app has few customizable options, so you just turn it on and follow along to feel better. It s meditation in motion, it s calming and simple. If you re feeling down, it lifts your spirits. If you re feeling hyper, it calms you down. If you re feeling too angry or emotive, it brings you back. Feeling shy? It helps you come forward. How does it work? By walking you through the energy options. Do the Guided Meditation or Freeflow There is one option at the start: to be guided with verbal descriptions of each energy posture, or to let the computer freely choose postures. Once you have tried the guided meditation a few times, it is nice to be able to exercise without words (Freeflow) so you can feel for yourself what each energy posture does. It s Good for When You Don t Know What to Do Sometimes a person may get stuck on a single idea, and not be able to think of anything else and sometimes we have lots of little ideas flitting around and cannot stick to any one of them for long. This app lets you try each energy posture just long enough to hold onto it and apply it in your life when you are done using the app.

Being Happy the Inner Kung Fu Game See Clearly What s Around You People are happier when they can do more of what they want to do. People from around the world have told me the Inner Kung Fu Game makes them happier. It shows your your body and awareness options clearly, so you can choose the ones that work for you. When little options come up, you will be more aware, and take advantage of them. When playing the game, you point the awareness of the avatar in the direction of the awareness balloon. You sense what is going on around you better. Meditate on Possibilities Meditation mode poses the avatar for you, so you can stand back from your computer (or phone) and move gently with the screen animations. Even imagining the awareness locations without doing the poses opens up your awareness. The calmer you are inside, the more possibilities you notice. See Yourself Rationally Routine mode is an exercise of muscles, imagination, and fingers. It shows you how to quickly and efficiently exercise the major components of your body and mind. It gets you going. It makes you see yourself more rationally because mind and body do not behave like separate things. You are one interconnected whole.

Feeling Younger the Move Well app Calm Down and Exercise Regular gentle exercise makes the body (and mind) feel younger. There are many easy, gentle exercise routines that only last for a few minutes in this app. Walking Mindfully and Chi Gong are easy to do, calming, and energizing. If you are looking for more vigorous exercises, Bodyweight Exercise and Weightlifting will increase your cardiac output. Some of this app s exercises are mostly for the mind and spirit, such as the Chakra Meditation and Sitting Meditation. However, all of the exercises wake you up and make you feel more refreshed. Be Aware of More Details Being aware of more details about onesself and others is something young people do. The Hand Meditation helps you be aware of the energies of each finger. The Awareness Sphere exercise helps you sense people and things in the periphery of your awareness. The Organ Healing Sounds exercise even allows you to feel your inner organs in a healthier state. The Listening exercise increases your ability to listen and observe others. Be More Creative Once you clear up some of the distractions and inner blockages, your creativity can flow more. Using the Body Scan exercise, you can sense where the blockages are. Then the Lying Down meditation will help you relax. And doing the Tai Chi drills can flow your energy so the creativity can come out into the world.

Being Your Own Guide the Voice Affirmations app Keep in Mind What YOU Want to Know Society bombards us with facts, but with this app you can remind yourself of what YOU think is important to know and remember. Just record the audio, enter a simple text description, and it plays it back as many times as you want. Tell Yourself What to Do If you have a fleeting good idea, hold into it and repeat it until it gets done. It s like being your own boss: you can tell yourself once every minute to concentrate on the task, and it gets done easier. Or tell yourself to eat better. Or keep the app on at night to tell yourself every 10 minutes to get back to a deep sleep. Your own instructions to yourself are the ones you will follow and the ones that will bring you results. Use the Timing That Works for You You can repeat back your sayings as frequently or infrequently as you wish. Hearing something every 10 seconds has advantages sometimes, but so does hearing it once every minute, every 10 minutes, or every hour. The timing that works for you is everything. The information that you think is important is what really matters.
