- Objectives 1. Summary of main learning outcomes for students enrolled in the course: Recognize basic fundamental of complete denture prosthodontics. Develop clinical skills in the use of all instruments and materials for complete denture construction. Explain all clinical and laboratory steps required for complete denture fabrication. Describe the basic principles, techniques, and rational of sound prosthodontic treatment. Present a step by step procedure for each clinical step scheduled during complete denture construction.. Grasp training in managing cases of recent and long standing edentuluism. Recognize the most common clinical errors during complete denture construction. 2. Briefly describe plans for developing and improving the course that are being implemented. (E.g. increased use of IT or web based reference material, changes in content a result of new research in the field). The university has provided the professors with IT facilities to enable to communicate with students in more sophisticated rapid way.
