LINIAL STUDIES IN PATIENTS & IN HELATHY VLUNTEERS Randomized, double blind, placebo controlled, submitted for publication in PubMed listed peer reviewed journals. A 30 subject, 60 day study in smokers with 250mg BID dosage has shown that apros improved the objective lipid profile and decreased platelet aggregation and reactive protein significantly. An 80 subject, 12 week study with 250mg BID and 500mg BID dosages using Atorvastatin as positive control in type 2 diabetic subjects stabilized on Metformin treatment has shown that apros promotes healthy endothelial function, endothelial biomarker levels and the lipid profile while decreasing platelet aggregation, hsrp and glycosylated hemoglobin significantly (Accepted for publication in the International Journal of Diabetes, Metabolic Syndrome and besity, Dove Press).
