Clinical tests and imaging findings allow to classify rotator cuff tear and to select those, which are not reparable. Some irreparable cuff tears are well tolerated, and others cause severe painful disability and the patients desire treatment. Traditional treatment as debridement, biceps tenotomy, partial repair and reverse shoulder arthroplasty are sometimes not enough, and tendon transfer represent an additional therapeutic alternative to restore a useful shoulder function as much as possible without pain. During two days, the main experts in the field, with mini battle, debates and presentations will offer practical informations and new ideas for our patients. A wide place will be dedicated to the video with many tips and tricks to evaluate the patient and to perform these tendon transfers. On Friday afternoon, an interesting session of cadaveric dissection with experts should be the occasion to harvest and to fixe various tendon transfer. You are welcome in Paris. Enjoy your stay in our great city! Philippe Valenti
