ineos Blue WITH Bluecam TECHNOLOGY Scanning in a new light. The ineos Blue scanner sets new standards for dental laboratory digitalization, thanks to its unique Bluecam technology, upgraded scan software and new user-friendly features. The ineos Blue delivers added flexibility and economic scope either as a stand-alone module linked to an external production facility or as a key component of your in-house CAD/CAM system. Enjoy every day. With Sirona. Maximum control and flexibility ineos Blue gives you complete control over the entire scanning process. In other words, you are no longer tied to predetermined routines. Via the new 3D image catalogue you can tell at a glance which areas of the model have been fully captured and those that have not. You are free to define the particular areas of the model you want to scan. In this way you remain independent and can capitalize on your specialized know-how and experience. Speed and efficiency Scanning and computing is particularly fast. With its short scanning time and autocapture function, the ineos Blue provides you with a clear time advantage, even with difficult preparations. The attractive ineos Blue package consisting of the scanner, a high-performance PC, plus the inlab 3D scanning and design software is the perfect entry to sophisticated CAD/CAM technology in your dental lab. The benefits in brief: Controlled scanning Greater independence thanks to the userdefined scanning area Precise scanning Bluecam technology for precise scanning results and a perfect fit Rapid scanning Short scanning times and automatic image capture NEW: STL ready Export of scanned data in STL format possible for the first time Precision and dependability The short-wavelength blue light emitted by the Bluecam camera delivers high-precision images* giving reliability for each indication. This is achieved with an extensive depth of field and enhanced detail reproduction at the preparation margins as well as the especially small triangulation angle for deep cavities. The blue light indicates exactly which area of the model is being captured at any given moment. To sum up, the ineos Blue lays the foundations for highprecision restorations. Bluecam technology: short-wavelength blue light ensures enhanced reproduction of details at the preparation margins. * Bluecam study by Prof. Dr. Mehl (Zürich University, 2008). Control: scanned areas of the model are displayed in real time in the 3D image catalogue. 02 03
ineos Blue RELIABLE IN EVERY RESPECT The scanning process under control. Proven design features, optimized functions, plus the versatile inlab 3D software: ineos Blue is the perfect scanner for your dental lab. The ineos Blue combines intuitive operation with a complete spectrum of user-friendly features. NEW: flexible model holder Regardless of whether you want to scan a full arch or a single stump, the newly developed model holder is easy to use and caters for a full range of angles. This allows you to capture undercuts, e.g. chamfered stumps and abutments. NEW: buccal registration If you choose the ineos Blue, you ll reap the benefits of the latest version of the inlab 3D software. It is now possible to make a buccal registration to articulate the upper and lower jaws with a single scan. This is a prerequisite for the precise definition of the occlusal contacts and optimum restoration design eliminating the need for bite registration. Ease of use With the help of the new scan grid you can move the model manually underneath the camera lens. In the autocapture mode an exposure is triggered each time the model is moved. In the case of larger bridge designs grid-pattern images can be used to increase the accuracy of data capture. NEW: STL ready It is now possible to save and export the ineos Blue s scanned data in STL format so that the data may be processed using third-party software. The model can be moved freely in all directions and angles on the scan grid. In addition, grid-pattern images can be acquired for large-sized restorations. For 360 scans of single stumps the rotation mouse is positioned directly underneath the camera. The adjustable inclination angle (0 to 105 ) is ideal for the capture of deep undercuts. 04 05
