Group Fitness 2018 All Classes Meet at the SaddleBrooke Fitness Center TRX CIRCUIT- $7 MONDAY 7:00AM Linda Experience variety and fun in this heart pumpin and calorie burning class. This class features a series of exercise stations including a TRX station. The goal is to work through each station, completing as many repetitions as possible in the allotted time. The Circuit is designed to increase muscular strength & endurance & to challenge cardio conditioning. The more you do, the faster you work, the higher the intensity. Body weight exercises- squats, lunges, pushups, burpees- are combined with resistance exercises for a full body & mind challenge. THE MIGHTY MIGHTY TRAINERS OF Janis Bottai I love teaching group classes. I love the dynamics of group fitness and the we are in this together energy. My goal when teaching group is to always give everyone a great workout and to inspire, motivate and educate. I believe that conditioning begins at the edge of our comfort zones and it s my job to help you find your edge, in a nicely challenging enjoy the process way! Jacqueline Brehm I've been a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer since 1994 and with Vital Moves and Miraval since 1999. I recently received certification as a Functional Aging Specialist. I enjoy working with Older Adults to meet the challenges of the aging process with more strength, mobility, flexibility and balance. Yvonne Garthwait I have been in the group fitness environment for 30 yrs. and you might think that someone would be "burned out" after 3 decades. That is not the case. I have learned so much in all areas of fitness and it continues, I guess that's why they call it the "fitness continuum". Research information has allowed me to grow as an instructor and I share that with the people in my classes, that is what excites me. I have also taught a lot of other formats through the years. In our active adult community, it is so important to address the needs of many people. While cardio exercise remains very important, we know that balance, strength, stretching and core exercise translates to a "functional" life and independent living. Linda Wilberg I am happily living and working in SaddleBrooke. I like teaching classes that are high energy and fun. When you finish your work out, I want you to feel strong and empowered and ready to take on the day. Sue Murphy Always athletic & competitive, at age 40 Sue was searching for something more forgiving &as supportive. It was then she discovered the Scaravelli Yoga Method. Working with the wave of breath, gravity & the spine s extension, freedom is returned to the mind, body & spirit. Sue became a Certified Yoga Alliance Priya Yoga teacher in 2001 and a Certified Ayuryoga Instructor in 2002. Sue approaches her classes with a gentle sense of humor to guide you along your way.
