STSW encourages all organizations committed to transplantation to support STSW s Annual Conference. Target Audience This national conference is attended by approximately 200 transplant social workers, mechanical circulatory support (MCS) social workers and colleagues involved in the field of transplant. Who Exhibits The majority of exhibitors return year after year in support of STSW s mission to promote professional excellence and encourage research on psychosocial issues in transplantation and MCS. These aims are highlighted each year at our annual conference, which provides an avenue for the educational and professional growth of transplant and MCS social workers. Attendees Traffic in the Exhibit Area STSW makes every effort to encourage the attendees to visit our exhibitors. Continental breakfasts and breaks are held in the exhibit area as well as a raffle sponsored by STSW. Hotel Accommodations Hilton Easton is offering a special STSW rate of $169 per night. We encourage your representatives to stay in the host hotel. Information and the special link for hotel reservations is available on the Society for Transplant Social Workers website at www.stsw.org. Self-parking is free in the area lot and valet is $14 per night for overnight guests. Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 12pm. Exhibit Space 1) Each exhibitor will be provided with a 6 by 30 draped table and 1 chair. Exhibitors must conform to this or equivalent floor space. 2) Electrical outlets and internet connections are not provided by STSW but are available from the hotel at the exhibitor s cost and a form will be made available to order same. 3) A mailing label will be sent to the exhibitor 6 weeks prior to the conference. 4) Security guard services are not provided by STSW. All items brought into the facility are done so at the exhibitor s own risk. The exhibitor is solely responsible for the security and safeguarding of the exhibit and its contents at all times. Photo Permission By attending the STSW Conference, you acknowledge that your image may appear in photos or video taken during the meeting and related events and give permission for STSW to use your image in these photos/videos for purposes related to the Society. Registration All exhibitors will have name badges printed from information provided by the exhibitor on the completed Exhibitor Confirmation Forms. Registration cannot occur without full payment of exhibiting fees. An exhibitor badge allows admission to the exhibit hall and all general educational sessions. Exhibitors at the $10,000 level receive 3 exhibitor badges; exhibitors at the $8,000, $6,000 and $4,000 levels receive two exhibitor badges. Other exhibitor levels receive 1 exhibitor badge. Additional badges can be purchased for $50 each or can be added with registration. Exhibitors are welcome to attend the Welcome Reception. Tickets for the Annual Society Celebration (ACS) (formerly The Gala) may be purchased prior to the conference on a space available basis. Meals Buffet breakfast is included for exhibitors; lunch is included only for the exhibitor who chooses to sponsor the STSW non-business luncheon and for the Distinguished Exhibitor.
