Great Futures 2025 Strategic Direction Purpose: To inspire and empower Club youth to achieve success and champion opportunities for all people in America. Priorities: Increase Program Quality Strengthen Organizations Advocate for Youth Development Reach More Youth The Goal: To increase the percent of Club members reporting an optimal Club Experience to 75%

Increase Program Quality Identify staff practices and establish program models that drive the Club Experience Define quality and establish: Quality program standards An assessment process with accountability A continuous improvement process Provide state-of-the-art training and resources

1 st Achieve a consistently high level of quality across all Clubs: What the Club can do: Conduct self-assessments Establish a continuous improvement plan Commit to staff development How Native Services can help: Your DOD can conduct trainings on teens and the Club Experience Your DOD can help you to understand NYOI data and how you can use your data for continuous improvement and to develop case statements to demonstrate impact Native Services will continue to host regional Native Learning Events

Goal: 75% of Club members will report having an optimal Club Experience

What we know: Native American youth are the most at risk of any ethnic group in this country. Native Americans are statistically the most severely disadvantaged population in the United States.

Older Native Teens (16 and Older) with an Optimal Club Experience Are: How Clubs help! (Insert Native Data) 54% more likely to volunteer on a monthly basis 45% less likely to get into a physical fight 11% more likely to expect to attend college Source: 2016 NYOI Member Survey
