Medical Conditions Aggravated by Exposure Potential Environmental Effect No specific medical conditions are known which may be aggravated by exposure to this product. Toxic to fish. SECTION 4. FIRST AID MEASURES General Eye Skin Ingestion Inhalation Notes to Physician Treatment When possible, have the product container or label with you when calling a poison control center or doctor or going for treatment. Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing eye. Call a physician or poison control center immediately. Wash off immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Take off contaminated clothing and shoes immediately. HANDLING AND STORAGE Handling Procedures No specific precautions required when handling unopened packs/containers; follow relevant manual handling advice. Avoid dust formation. Use only in area provided with appropriate exhaust ventilation. Dust may form explosive mixtures with air. Storing Procedures Store in a place accessible by authorized persons only. Keep away from direct sunlight. Keep containers tightly closed in a dry, cool and well-ventilated place. Keep away from food, drink and animal feedingstuffs. Work/Hygienic Procedures When using, do not eat, drink or smoke. Remove soiled clothing immediately and clean thoroughly before using again. Wash hands immediately after work, if necessary take a shower. SECTION 8. EXPOSURE CONTROLS / PERSONAL PROTECTION General Protection Follow manufacturer's instructions for cleaning/maintaining PPE. If no such instructions for washables, use detergent and warm/tepid water. Keep and wash PPE separately from other laundry. Follow all label instructions. Train employees in safe use of the product. STABILITY AND REACTIVITY Conditions to Avoid Hazardous Reactions Extremes of temperature and direct sunlight. No hazardous reactions when stored and handled according to prescribed instructions. TOXICOLOGICAL INFORMATION Acute toxicity data have been bridged from another formulation containing a higher percentage of the active ingredient, hydramethylnon. The non-acute information pertains to the technical-grade active ingredient. Hydramethylnon caused testicular and/or lung effects in chronic studies in mice, rats and dogs. Page 4 of 7

Assessment Carcinogenicity Hydramethylnon has been classified by U.S. EPA as a Group C-possible human carcinogen based on lung tumors observed in mice. Rats treated with hydramethylnon did not show a carcinogenic potential. ACGIH NTP IARC OSHA Reproductive & Developmental Toxicity REPRODUCTION: Hydramethylnon is a reproductive toxicant at doses producing systemic toxicity. DEVELOPMENTAL TOXICITY: Hydramethylnon was not a primary developmental toxicant in rats and rabbits. Developmental effects were observed but were considered secondary to maternal toxicity. Neurotoxicity Mutagenicity Hydramethylnon neurotoxicity studies are not required at this time. Hydramethylnon was not mutagenic or genotoxic in a battery of in vitro and in vivo tests. SECTION 12. ECOLOGICAL INFORMATION Environmental Precautions Do not allow to get into surface water, drains and ground water. Do not contaminate surface or ground water by cleaning equipment or disposal of wastes, including equipment wash water. Apply this product as specified on the label. Page 5 of 7
