10 week study of coconut water We are currently testing coconut water in healthy older people over a 10-week supplementation trial. Two variants are included in the study; plain coconut water, and coconut water containing herbal extracts. The herbal extracts blend includes turmeric, galangal, basil, siberian ginseng, and several fruits. We hypothesise that the herbal blend will have an anti-inflammatory benefit additional to any benefit of the coconut water alone.
