When it hurts, we ll help get you moving again. There are nonsurgical options for you!

Are you normally active but currently restricting your physical activities due to nagging pain or injury that just won t resolve? Our physicians help active adults and adolescents restore function by treating these injuries and conditions with a conservative approach first. Education is a primary component to each treatment plan so you learn how to manage these injuries and prevent recurrence when possible, over a lifetime of activity. We serve as your first access point for proper diagnosis, maximizing non-operative options quickly and efficiently and when necessary, expediting specialist consultation as needed. Who we are Our physicians are medically trained in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. Some providers have additional specialization in neurological disorders, interventional spine and pain management and sports medicine. We serve as your personal health coach to help you maintain your level of desired activity, or become more active in your everyday life. Besides treating athletes of all levels, we encourage weekend warriors and those injured at work to consult with us when seeking conservative treatment. Most of our physicians routinely treat high school, collegiate and professional athletes. Many of our sports medicine physicians have completed additional training in concussion, bracing and orthotics, rehabilitation, and diagnostic techniques, but we do more than return these athletes to play. Our medical doctors diagnose ailments that average active individuals face every day. Over a lifetime, active adults encounter situations where temporary strains and sprains interfere with normal daily activities. There is no reason to suffer through pain when we can help you treat your injury conservatively. Should surgical consultation be needed we refer our patients quickly and efficiently to specialists who can provide operative assessment and surgical care. When getting the right treatment at the right time is this easy, there s no need to be on the sidelines suffering in silence. You can get back into play and into life!
