Goals: Primary Goal Implement the most sustainable & impactful performance training program & partner possible for our organization. 1. Optimize performance training through a focus on volleyball specific training that adapts and progresses with each athlete, as well as lead to more opportunities beyond our athletes' club volleyball experience. 2. Build athletic skills in speed, agility, movement, jumping/landing, and much more, in a way that develops each athlete s explosive ability and capacity to withstand and excel through the rigors of a season (and year around). 3. Deliver a high quality program in a way that is economically sustainable for the future, in a way that helps our athletes realize that improving in areas of athleticism will complement what they re doing on the court to make them a more complete and higher performing athlete.

Vision: Creating, sustaining and implementing high quality and consistent volleyball-specific performance programming to complement, enhance and support the work being done on the court. On performance goals Not only does Bridge make my athletes stronger, but its attention to fundamentals keep them safer by addressing the common weaknesses among volleyball players, such as poor form in jumping, landing, and quick directional movements. My athletes can now compete with more power and play with more confidence than ever. Heather Bown 3x Olympian & Silver Medalist On club-wide excellence BridgeAthletic has really provided a complete package for enhancing our athletes' performance and confidence from the top level on down to our age groupers. Doug Wharam Head Coach, Nashville Aquatic Club

BRIDGEATHLETIC Training Philosophy ASSESS Athletes begin by completing the initial assessment, measuring flexibility, stability, mobility, & strength, to determine their current fitness level. BUILD Created from the results of the initial assessment, periodized training programs contain workouts personalized for each athlete s position & goals. TRAIN With videos, images, and cues for each exercise, athletes enter actual results on their smartphone or tablet as they complete the workout. TRACK After each workout, the program recalibrates to continue challenging the athlete while providing coaches clear insight into progress & status.

BRIDGEATHLETIC Volleyball-Specific Athletic Development COACHING ASSISTANCE Leverage the knowledge of professional strength & performance coaches to supplement your skill development and eliminate volleyball-specific imbalances. EDUCATIONAL CONTENT Videos teach proper form and technique for each exercise, reducing potential for injury as athletes develop and learn new movements. CLUB COHESION A unified athletic development plan from youth to elite levels improves coach communication and transitions athletes seamlessly through the club ranks. Not only does BridgeAthletic make my athletes stronger, but its attention to fundamentals keep them safer by addressing the common weaknesses among volleyball players, such as poor form in jumping, landing, and quick directional movements.
