What is the relation between the YMCA and Football? Everybody knows that football is one of the most popular games in the world. What few people know is that YMCA contributed to the sports world with more than Basketball and Volleyball. We created a version of it; futsal (soccer indoor) at the YMCA in Uruguay through the work of Mr. Juan Carlos Ceriani Support Material 1 - Page 11

Isn't June 6th the YMCA birthday? So, why not double up and celebrate with the global movement also that day? What better way to bring the international YMCA into your local YMCA? You can adapt any planner activity, programme or ongoing campaign to the World Challenge framework by simply adding the main activity: Kicking goals for Youth Empowerment.
