Mission: Bring under privileged people into the mainstream of the society without discrimination by providing them with every possible opportunity through maintaining equity, efficiency, and excellence. Objectives: Summary of the Objectives of the Organization: 1. Provide Education to the helpless children. 2. Provide appropriate Training to the helpless people so that they can earn their livelihood and be self - reliant 3. Provide Free Treatment to the helpless through health camps or Primary Health Care Service.

4. Conduct Surveys, Study, and do research about the magnitude of problems, causes and consequences of the helpless people in the Nepalese's community. 5. Create Public awareness about various aspects of the helpless people through awareness program, education, seminars, workshops, publications and information. 6. Carry out relevant programs relating to the welfare and rehabilitation of the helpless people. Accomplished Projects: 1. Health Education Program in carpet factories for 2 years (1993-1995) 2. Vitamin A child surveillance program, for carpet child workers for one year (1996) 3. Primary health Care Service at rural community of Aarubari (1996 to July 1997) 4. Non-formal Education for 30 carpet female workers for six months (1997) 5. Non-formal Education for 30 Majhi children for six months (1997) 6. Skill training on tailoring for 20 helpless women (1997) 7. Nutrition Education Program for carpet workers children for one year (1998) 8. Development of Documentary film on child rights for Children at risk net work group (CAR-NWG) (1999) 9. Community Based Child Nutrition Promotion Program for 5073 school children in 2000-2001 for one year. (Financial support from Task Force, Sight and Life, Switzerland.) 10. Radio Program Broadcast on Child Rights for CAR-NWG in 2001.

11. School Based Child Nutrition Promotion Program in 23 Schools for one year (2002) Financial support from Task Force, Sight and Life, 4002 Basel Switzerland. 12. Development of 2 video films entitled DRISTI (the vision) and ANAMOL RATNA (valuable goods) on Eye Health Education in 2002 for CORAD the Netherlands. 13. Vitamin A assessment and Management Children with Measles, Malnutrition and Mal-absorption (3- Ms) (2004) for Task Force, Sight and Life, Switzerland.) 14. Educational Campaign for Prevention and Control of Iron Deficiency Anaemia among Pregnant Women, Nursing Mothers and Adolescent Girls, Working in Stone & Mine Quarries. (2007) 15. Awareness Campaign on Women Rights and Reproductive Health for 280 Mine and Query Female Workers of Kavrepalanchok District in 2008. 16. Street Drama organized on Child Rights in Ramhiti area of Kathmandu-6 in 2008. 17. A Pilot Study of Hearing Impairment in School Children of Tamang Community in Kathmandu Valley (2009) Financially supported by Office of the WHO Representative to Nepal. 18. Completed 7 days Peer Educator training on Nutrition education to Carpet workers in financial support from Nepal Government, Ministry of Youth and Sports in 2010 May. 19. A Gynecological camp organized and services provided to 482 women working as carpet factory workers of Boudha area in 2010.

Under Youth Empowerment Program a peer educators training organized for 41 adolescent girls supported by Ministry of Youth and Sports in 2012. 22.
