FIRSTBEAT LIFESTYLE ASSESSMENT HEARTBEAT MEASUREMENT PERSONAL REPORT SPECIALIST FEEDBACK LIFESTYLE CHANGES FOLLOW UP 68 people underwent the assessment between 11 Apr 2015-18 Oct 2016 The participants learned to recognize factors that affect their personal and occupational well-being. 124 79% 95% goals were set to improve well-being and performance. of participants made one or more lifestyle changes to support their well-being. would like to participate in the service again to learn more and verify the effect of changes.
