The Tigers and Sense Arena became partners and we have the pprtunity t be the first US based hckey rganizatin t train hckey sense, specific hckey skills and develp cgnitive functin using the envirnment f Virtual reality. Sense Arena is a platfrm that is develped in Prague, Czech Republic, partners and cntributrs t the methdlgy and scientific backgrund deliver Charles University, Prague and the Czech Ice Hckey Assciatin. Sense Arena has been pilted at Liberec White Tigers hckey rganizatin since Octber, 2017. Sense Arena was displayed at the CES, Las Vegas shw Jan, 2018. VISION Our brain is as imprtant as any ther muscle in an athlete s bdy. Let s develp its perfrmance and skills, s we see mre great plays, less injuries and pure jy in the eyes f yung athlete. Watching tp hckey, basketball, ftball r ther team sprts, we admire nt nly the perfrmance f the athletes, but mre and mre their sense f teamplay and mental skills. We have fcused ur prgram n training f the brain muscle f athletes starting at the age f 10+. We believe that synchrnized develpment f their physical and mental skills will make them better, healthier and happier players, members f winning teams. The vehicle that is ging t help us achieve ur gal is the envirnment f virtual reality.
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION The Sense Arena Training Platfrm (SATP) is a cmprehensive set f interactive training prgrams dedicated t cncrete sprts ice hckey, basketball, lacrsse, sccer and thers. The training prgram is executed by athletes in an applicatin fr virtual reality helmets. The training prgram is divided int sectins fllwing the develpmental stages f a yung athlete (frm a bilgical r sprt perfrmance perspective). Perfrmance and prgress f athletes is available fr review by caches, parents and team prfessinals in the analytical web platfrm. SATP diagnstic mdule serves as a tl t assess and measure cgnitive and mtr skills f athletes. A cmplex athletes scan can be analyzed and benchmarked within the SATP big data database. The active use f the SATP serves as a surce f data fr scientific studies at Charles University, Prague.
