It s a six-week, point-based program designed to help you make better choices and improve your health by doing the following every day: Eating at least five servings of fruits and vegetables Exercising for at least 15 minutes Getting at least seven hours of sleep Taking at least 10 minutes for relaxation Earn one point for each activity for a total of four a day, with the goal of accumulating at least 100 points by the end of the challenge.

So add some fruit to your cereal, grate some carrots into your pasta sauce or reach for some dried fruit for a snack. However you do it, resolve to eat a rainbow, every day.
Get fit in 15 As you work your way through the Resolution Revolution, it s important to shake things up with some physical activity. Just 15 minutes a day can help you relieve stress, maintain a healthy weight and sleep better at night. And, over time, regular exercise will make you healthier, improving your quality of life. Remember every activity, no matter how small, counts! Tips for getting started: Pick an activity you enjoy Start slowly and build up Try to exercise at the same time every day Change up your routine to avoid burnout
Good days start with good nights When it comes to sleep, most people aren t getting enough. And, the less sleep you get, the less able you are to fight off colds, flu and other infections. The good news? You can repair the damage from sleep deprivation in just a few restful nights. So tonight, resolve to put on your pjs, turn off the TV and snooze for at least seven full hours. Try to continue incorporating enough sleep, exercise, relaxation, and fruits and vegetables into your daily lifestyle. You ll stress less, have more energy for family and friends, and enjoy the rewards of a long and healthy life.
How do I sign up? How do I receive my prize? To join the Resolution Revolution, simply print a tracking sheet and begin the challenge. After six weeks, with a minimum of 100 points earned, complete a confirmation form and return it to RPS at: 2120 Fendall Avenue, Room # 107, Richmond, VA 23222 or fax to 804-780-8279 by March 25, 2016.
