Clinical Experiences: Evaluation and treatment of paediatric rheumatological diseases in Paediatric Rheumatology Unit, at Rheumatology & Rehabilitation department, Assuit University Hospital. Clinical activities include chemical denervation using botulinum toxin and phenol in children with Cerebral Palsy and in adult patients with stroke. Early diagnosis and prompt treatment of rheumatologic emergency. Diagnosis and management of different rheumatologic diseases. Musculoskeletal ultrasonography. Perform diagnostic aspiration and synovial fluid examination by polarized light microscopy at Polarized Light Microscopy Unit of our department. Perform therapeutic injections of diaarthroidal joints, bursae, tenosynovial structures and enthesis. Electrodiagnosis (electromyography and nerve conduction study). Rehabilitation of Peripheral nerve injury in UL &LL, Post traumatic stiffness in UL, LL, Cervical & lumbar spondylodegenrative changes, Musculoskeletal disorders, Spinal cord injury, Stroke, Cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, Adult and
Juvenile patients with rheumatic diseases, Sport trauma, Muscle and Motor neuron diseases, Cerebral palsy, Burns and Geriatric rehabilitation. Examine patients to include a specific examination of structure and function of all joints both axial and peripheral as well as periarticular structures and muscle units. Interpret bone and joint imaging techniques and bone density measurement.. Personal skills: Able to collaborate with the colleagues. Have a sense of team-work.
