SUMMER MEETING EXHIBITOR CHECKLIST: Location: The Summer Meeting and Trade Show will be held at Shatley Farms, 359 US Hwy 221 N, Jefferson, NC 28640. Jefferson is about a 2 hour drive from either CLT or GSO international airports. Meeting Schedule: On-site registration and the tradeshow begin at 8:00 AM on the morning of August 25. The meeting will last until approximately 5:00 PM. (Last year s agenda is attached as an FYI) Set-up: Thursday, August 24, from 1-5:30 PM. If you choose to wait until Friday morning to set up, you may do so from 7-8:30 AM. If these times don t work for you, please contact the NCCTA office at 828.262.5826 or office@ncchristmastrees.com. Booth Fee: Space includes a table, two chairs, and two Friday lunch tickets (a table covering is not provided); if you need additional lunch tickets, you may purchase them-see exhibitor registration form. Booth Locations: Booth spaces will be assigned by NCCTA office staff on a first-come, first-served basis. Please indicate any site considerations on the registration form including your need for electricity, space for wall backdrop, large equipment or other special display features ahead of time so that we can help make your set-up easier. Saturday Farm Tour: There are openings for demonstrations, which is a great opportunity to show off your products and/or equipment. There is no fee to demonstrate if you are a registered exhibitor. 30 Words Form: Please be sure to fill out the 30 Words form for information to be published in the meeting program. Sponsorship Opportunities are available! See sponsorship forms. Door Prizes: If you plan to bring a door prize, please bring materials to collect names at your booth during the show.
