Tuesday 10th June 2003, Conference Centre at Church House, London SW1 At the heart of the Government's priorities for tackling anti-social behaviour is the commitment to provide local authorities, police services and above all, local communities with the power and tools to effectively deal with anti-social behaviour at a local level.
