THE GOAL OF THIS TALK Understanding what stress and anxiety mean to different people and dealing with it in real life. Concentrating on the interpersonal space as a source of stress and anxiety. In this talk we will define anxiety as a heightened form of stress, our sense of discomfort and even fear. All of this is often felt in the body. Brandt, next level consulting SA 2

MY BASIC MODEL Dimensional Model of Behaviour by Robert E. Lefton and Victor R. Buzzotta This model uses a simplified approach. This makes it very useful as an everyday guide for dealing with people. I also work with the Enneagram and with Personality abc. Brandt, next level consulting SA 3
